As a BDR, you’ll identify and qualify new opportunities in the insurance and climate risk space. You'll be on the frontlines helping Floodbase expand into new markets and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and outreach to insurance carriers, MGAs, and NGOs
- Set up discovery calls and demos for the sales and product teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up cadence
- Attend industry events and contribute to sales content
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years in sales, climate SaaS, or startup environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) experience is a plus
