You’ll drive Floodbase’s growth in the insurance sector by identifying new opportunities, building long-term relationships, and helping clients adopt our flood risk data into their underwriting models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and brokers
- Lead client conversations around parametric pricing and claims models
- Collaborate with Science and Product teams to meet partner needs
- Represent Floodbase at events, panels, and conferences
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in B2B partnerships, ideally in insurance, insurtech, or climate tech
- Understanding of risk modeling and reinsurance markets
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
